The Consistently Correct Check-in Process

Included in your installation fee is a 2-3 day training session for automotive service managers and service advisors. Not only will they learn how to use the eAdvisor tool and eAdvisor software, but we will train them on what we’ve called the “Consistently Correct Check-in Process.”

We developed this process because, without the need for tablets or manual data entry, service advisors can have effective communication. They can make eye contact, use hand gestures to point out vehicle issues and physically interact with the customer. Our training focuses on using the eAdvisor system to enhance customer service while maximizing upsell opportunities.

With our training, service advisors can make the most of the eAdvisor system which will lead to increased CSI and customer retention.
