U.S. Mobile Short Code Terms of Service

 Program Name and Description: Following your opt-in, you will be enrolled in and permitted to use the Service Lane eAdvisor™ Mobile Application (the “Program”). The Program permits the exchange of recurring messages between via SMS text messages between you and the automotive dealership servicing your car. You will receive one welcome message which confirms your opt-in consent. Thereafter, Program messages may include, by way of examples, those related to your vehicle service, appointment reminders, service reminders, service follow-up messages, and recall notices.  You will receive a varying number of update messages depending on the needs of your vehicle as determined by the dealership’s service department.  If you have any questions about the information that is gathered through your use of the Program and related privacy issues, please visit our Privacy Policy, located at https://sleadvisor.com/privacy-policy/.

Validity of Communications.  You agree that the automotive dealership servicing your car may rely on the communications you provide through use of the Program including, without limitation, with respect to any approvals made by text messages regarding dealership services or payment services, and that the texts you send indicate your intent.

Ability to Opt-Out. If at any time you wish to opt-out of the Program, text STOP in response to a Program text, or email or call your service advisor to tell him or her that you wish to stop receiving text messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive Program SMS text messages. You may opt back in at any time in the future by calling or emailing your service adviser and renewing your opt-in. If you change your mobile phone number or port your number to a new carrier, you must provide a new opt-in.

Ability to seek Help.  If you experience any issues with the Program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@sleadvisor.com or (866) 484-4777 If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” in response to a text from the Program. After you send the SMS message “Help”, you will receive instructions on how to use the Program as well as how to unsubscribe.

Carriers Supported.  We are able to deliver SMS text messages through the Program to the following mobile phone carriers: Major carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Alltel, Boost Mobile, Nextel, and Virgin Mobile. Minor carriers: Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central IL (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Cincinnati Bell Wireless, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross, Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), Revol, RINA, Simmetry (TMP Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless).

Carriers Not Liable.  Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages delivered through the Program.

Messaging Rates may Apply.  As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
