eAdvisor furthers GM integrations
eAdvisor’s interface with GM’s Global Workbench, MPVI, and Maintenance Recommendations allows dealers to effortlessly qualify for maximum PASE incentives simply by plugging in the eAdvisor tool and clicking a button. This streamlined the process for advisors, and they were no longer required to perform this task manually on the GM Global site. Thus, the coining of a tagline, “eAdvisor takes the Work out of Workbench.”

eAdvisor establishes a direct connection to GM’s Global Workbench, MPVI and Maintenance Recommendations. Upon plug-in, vehicle information would automatically populate the GM Workbench MPVI with vehicle data and print the GM VIS. This integration required no DMS integration or additional fees.

Originally developed as a method to check in rental vehicles, Bob used his experiences as a dealership fixed ops specialist, as well as an engineering expert for both hardware and software solutions, to develop a solution to help service lanes streamline the customer check-in process.
